The BWL is upgrading your customer service experience with a new customer portal launching on June 1. This eServices portal will no longer be accessible starting June 1, 2021.
Every customer will receive a printed and mailed bill for the first billing period beginning in June. No action is needed on your part at this time, however, you will need to re-register for the customer portal, AutoPay or paperless billing if you wish to continue using any or all of these services.
